Hey Kids
This month we will be learning about the people in God’s kingdom (you and me!). We will spend the next few weeks discovering what it means to be a member of God’s kingdom and what we can do to grow it! Jesus spoke a lot about the Kingdom of God, and we want to show you how you can experience it here on Earth.
LAST WEEK we celebrated Kellyville church’s 130th birthday and the community we have around us.
THIS WEEK we are learning about service and how God wants us to use our gifts to help each other.

Have you ever wanted something so bad you could not give up even when it seemed impossible? Our friends in this week's story wanted their friend to be healed so he could walk and run. They did not give up on getting him to Jesus. Sometimes we have to look at things in a different way to make a way through. Just like the friends who cut a hole in the roof. Hey, who do you think fixed the roof? Using this template design and create your own shape. How we see things changes who we are. When we see Jesus and choose him, love changes us one small step at a time.

Friends are the best. They are fun to play with, and if they are good friends they are there when we need them. In our story for this week, friends carried a paralyzed man to see Jesus. Notice that it wasn’t just one friend. Together we can help others. When we do this in Jesus' name, that's what we call the church. Role play this story by carrying each other in a stretcher relay.
