Hey Kids

This month we are exploring the line of Faith, the people who believed God from Adam to Noah and all the problems in-between. God has a plan for his people that brings us through our problems to live in the promise of life with him.

Bible Texts — Genesis 6:1-20.

Words to Remember The Lord saw that the human beings on the earth were very wicked. He also saw that their thoughts were only about evil all the time. Genesis 6:5 ICB

If you were on the ark for 40 days what would you do? Make a list or draw pictures of things you would do on the ark to keep you busy. Think of all the animals you would get to see! You could maybe teach them tricks… or investigate if a zebra is white with black stripes or black with white stripes

Print it out and colour in the pages. Cut them out and fix them together with a split pin. Tell the story of Noah and the flood. Remember that God has promised to bring his family home with him. This has been his plan from the very beginning.

Build a raft out of recyclable material.  Test to see if it sinks or floats.

When God sent the flood he didn't leave Noah without a plan.

In Genesis 6 God gave Noah instructions to build an ark that was strong enough to carry Noah, his family and the animals.

Gods plan is to always bring his family safely home with Him.

Have a play with this Water in a bag pencil experiment.

Have you ever felt like life just keeps poking away at you and that some weeks you feel like this bag and that you just want to burst!

Jesus protects us! It doesn’t matter what tricky situations (pencils) we have to deal with, He is there to help us.

Believing in Jesus and his power in our life is just like this bag. No matter how many problems pierce your day when we focus on Jesus love for us, he holds us together.

We would love to see you playing, trying, making and sharing! Please share your photos with your KellyvilleKids community in our WhatsApp Group. If you’re new to our KellyvilleKids community and would like to stay connected, contact us.
