Hey Kids
We are at the end of our StoryLine series exploring the saving Grace of Jesus. In the next two weeks we are preparing to celebrate the birth of Jesus as well as the promise of his soon return. What we have learnt over and over again this year is if God says something is going to happen, it will happen. If Jesus says he is going to do something, you can be sure HE WILL DO IT! Most of all we have seen how much God loves us.
LAST WEEK - We explored what the family of God looks like when it works together. This is called the Church.
THIS WEEK we are searching for the signs of Jesus soon return.
Bible Texts —John 14:1-3. Matthew 24:4-39. 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17. 1 Corinthians 15:51-54.

Did you manage to land your ping pong ball in the glass? Was this easy or did you face a few challenges along the way? Sometimes we make mistakes and we sin, and things don’t always go as we planned. But it is not going to be like that forever.
One thing we can know for certain is God has a perfect plan and what He is going to do next is the best. When Jesus comes back for us we will no longer have things to worry about, sin will be gone forever and we will get to spend eternity with Jesus FOREVER!

WORKING TOGETHER GIFT WRAPPING
It’s almost time for Christmas, a time for giving and sharing. Find a friend or family member to join you in a conjoined gift wrapping experience. Remember you are only allowed to use one of your hands to wrap the gift.
While receiving gifts is very exciting, we need to remember the reason for the season.
Jesus was a gift to us because God knew we needed Him. Share the news of Jesus’ birth, how much He loves us and He is coming again so we can be with Him… that is the good news (or the good gift) we can share with everyone!
