Hey Kids
We have been following the storyline of God's rescue plan for us from the very first bad choice that threw the world into chaos. In our last series, One of A Kind we explored the perfect choices of Jesus. This month we will see how faithful Jesus is to rescue us from death. He shows us how to live, love and serve the kingdom of God now and forever. He gives us New Life right now.
LAST WEEK - The Holy Spirit is here in a big way! The Followers of Jesus show what living in the spirit is.
THIS WEEK we are exploring being chosen by God. We are His. When we choose to love Him and share His love with everyone around us, we choose to share the Gospel and let the world know about Him.

When was the last time you had a look in the mirror?
Quickly… Go find a mirror! What do you see?
Do you see God’s unique creation who He loved so much He made the ultimate sacrifice for? Do you see all the unique qualities He’s given you? Do you know what special gifts He blessed you with?
God created us all for a purpose… we are part of His family and we are linked together through His love.
Take coloured pieces of paper and make a link chain. To make this a special link you need to try and write a special word or attribute God has given you on each link. How long can you make your link… remember we are linked through love so ask others to join in and make the link chain as long as you can!
Grace is a gift given to us through Jesus. This gift encourages us to be like Jesus and give gifts to others who may need encouragement, especially if they are going through a tough time. Print out the following frames to fill with encouraging words, bible texts or beautiful drawings for someone else. Click here for your frames.

Print out the paper chain PDF, or create you own. Cut them into strips and link together using tape or staples.

How tall can you go?
Gather your lego and start building. How tall can you build your tower? Does it reach all the way to your knee, or maybe your wait> Are you able to build a tower taller than you or the tallest person in your family?!?!
God only knows how to do BIG things. He did a BIG thing when He created the Universe. He did a BIG thing when Jesus died on the cross, came back to life and went to heaven to prepare a place for us. He does BIG things for us everyday. He did a BIG thing when He created YOU! Having Him in our heart is a BIG thing and something everyone should know and see.

Flip and Seek.
This is a game for two or more people!
Place a few cups upside down and hide a treat under each one. Keep an extra cup for each participant. When it’s time to start, each person needs to flip their cup until it lands the right side up. Every time your cup lands right side up you can choose a cup and take the treat hidden under it.
God calls us His chosen people who need to tell others about the wonderful things He has done.
Think of the treats as the amazing things God has done for you! Maybe you’ve read something awesome in the Bible… or maybe God answered a prayer… maybe God sent someone to help you when you needed it.
You can enjoy the treats…. OR…. you can go and share it with others. Share what God has done for you. Share His love and remember all He has done for you.
BLINDFOLDED OBSTACLE COURSE
The Holy Spirit leads us, but we need to follow His guidance. Make an obstacle course and blindfold yourself. Ask someone you trust to lead you by either giving you instructions or leading you by the hand. Do you rely on the Holy Spirit’s guidance in difficult situations?
